There are 3 rooms (25m2 each) which can accommodate 2 to 3 people on the first and second floor of a two-storey building.
Aretousa Maisonettes
On the ground floor, there are 3 maisonettes (34m2 each) which also have a wooden loft. The specific building can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
Studio Services
The studios provide :
- Daily cleaning service and towel change, change of sheets every 3 days.
- Shared pool (4,5m x 11m) for children and adults with sun beds, beach umbrellas and shower.

At the center of Skopelos main village, in the first row of the houses front sea, is located the building that hosts the two floors maisonette SENTEFIι.
Exactly above the shop sentefi has an entrance from the back street.
As you get in (first floor) you can see the kitchen and the living room and there is an exit to a small balcony ... steps lead up to the second floor where is located the double bed and the bathroom and there are also two small balconies that offering great views.
