2 floors , total surface 110 sq.m with all the comforts and the combination of the traditional island architecture and design.
2 spacious bedrooms (2nd floor) with access to large angular veranda from where you can enjoy the views and have your coffee or tea.
Large bathroom 9.5 sq.m fully equipped.
Large and spacious living room , with anything you need, Skopelitan style with large traditional fireplace and central heating as the house can be rented also at winter time.
Fully equipped kitchen , dining room with all the electrical devices that you might need in order to have a dinner.
The house has a stone covered patio where the swimming pool is located and that veranda offer wonderful views towards the sea, the pine covered mountains and the sunrise as a background .
There is a barbecue and shaded exterior dinning area as comfortable parking space.
