Takis & Sophie ( ex. Del Sol) is a combination of studios, apartments, rooms and one villa, in a garden setting surrounded by olive groves.
Amidst olive groves, this beach-front small resort is located only 700 meters from Skopelos harbor and is reached along a pleasant flat coastal road with views to the open sea and subsequent cooling breeze.
The four two storey buildings stand in a 7000 meters block of land .
The pool and tennis court are situated behind the main accommodation buildings, in a tranquil olive grove, away from it all , for the exclusive use of our clients .
There are plenty of sun-beds plus a dining area with a large traditionally built BBQ and a fridge for those wishing to cook their own food .
The entrance of the complex is literally a stone's throw from the water's edge , an easy fifteen minute stroll, or (if you must) two minutes by taxi or car, from Skopelos harbor.
It has stunning views across to the harbor entrance with its procession of water traffic, whilst to the rear the pine clad slopes of Mount "Palouki" (540m) tower above the site.
There are 9 studios, 3 apartments and 2 rooms .
They are simply, tastefully and comfortably furnished, equipped with a kitchenette with a fridge , cooking rings , toaster , electric kettle and sink .
All units have a private bathroom with a shower/WC and hair dryer, a balcony overlooking the Aegean or Mt Palouki and they are equipped with a table and chairs .

1) Apartments :
Two separate bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and private garden, with
view of the olive grove and the mountain. Can accommodate 5 persons.
One separate bedroom , living room with 2 sofa beds, kitchen , bathroom and
veranda with sea view. Can accommodate 5 persons .
2) Studios :
These are twin bedded or with double bed , with 1-2 sofa beds for a third or a fourth person .
The kitchenette area is in the same room and a separate bathroom. All but one have balconies with a sea view. One studio has a view of the garden and the mountain at the rear.
3) Rooms :
These consist of one bedroom with twin beds , bathroom and balcony facing the seafront.
4) The Villa :
It is on two floors and accommodates 6 - 9 people. It has 3 separate bedrooms ,
living room with kitchen area and 3 bathrooms , one of which has a bath tub . The
villa can be divided in 3 units , one big apartment on the top floor and 2 separate
studios on the ground floor .
Upstairs : One apartment for 2 adults and 3 children . It consists of a large separate bedroom with a terrace which has stunning view of the sea, a living room with one sofa bed and kitchen in the same area , a mezzanine which can accommodate 2 persons, plus another veranda with sea view and a separate bathroom with shower .
Downstairs : 2 studios for 2 persons each . Every studio has kitchen area ,
separate bathroom (one of them with bathtub), and a ramp for a wheel chair. Both of the studios have terraces with sea views.
5) Swimming Pool
This is for the exclusive use of our clients! It is set behind the accommodation, in
the middle of olive groves and away from it all. It is peaceful with views of both mountain and sea and very safe for children with its maximum depth of no more than 1.80 m.
There are adequate number of free sun beds around the pool to relax on between dips.
In this spacious area our guests will find tables and chairs and cool spots to relax under the shade of the trees or sunny corners to sunbathe.
The traditional barbecue and a big refrigerator, near at hand is also at your disposal for outdoors cooking over the fire .
6) Tennis Court
This is for the exclusive use of our clients! It is a hard court, surfaced in quick draining material and is sited next to the pool where you can cool off after your game . Bring your own tennis balls and racquets .
6) Pedal Canoe
For the exclusive use of our clients ! A pedal and /or paddle canoe at your disposal to enjoy a spare hour around the bay.
7) Yoga Lessons

8) Greek Dancing Lessons
We hope that from May 2012 we can have weekly dancing lessons . Vassilis
Stefanou will be the teacher for the dancing lessons; Vassilis has been with us for Greek nights for many years. Each week of dancing lessons is 5 days which
consist of 2 morning and 2 afternoon hours each day.
