Apartments "Dia" are situated on Elios Village (Neo Clima), a new village, built by the inhabitans of Old Clima, who started moving to this picturesque, piny coast in 1980. It is the greenest part of Skopelos, where the forest edges up to the beach.
You are able to disembark either at the port of Glossa or to the port of Skopelos and go to Neo Clima by car or bus.
Elios' beach is only a few meters away from our apartments, while very near on foot is the amazing sandy beach Hovolo.

It is a complex of a 2 newly built buildings in the island's traditional architecture each composed of a studio, a flat and a maisonette.
Famous in Elios for their cleanliness,view and comforts just 30m and 70m respectively from the sandy beach with its shallow waters which makes it ideal for children.
There are all equipped with a corner kitchen, private bathrooms, verandas and are fully air-conditioned.
