"Pefkos studios" are located near Skopelos main village and Stafilos area, 1.8 km from Skopelos port and the traditional village.
Built in a large olive grove, full of olive trees and pine trees, has receive that name PEFKOS after the huge pine trees in the land (while "Pefkos" in Greek language means "pine tree"),
To reach the complex just follow the road that starts from the port exit to Stafilos and a few meters after DIA super market you will see at your right hand the entrance to our land. That is the road that leads also to the nearest beaches Stafilos, Velanio, Agnonda and Limnonari but also to the other beaches Panormos, Milia , Kastani.
Set back off the road and overlooking Stafilos Valley, the complex consisit of 3 buildings (one building hosts the two apartments and the other two the studios)
Stafilos beach is approximately 2,5 kilometres away. The walk to main village is about 20 minutes and by car less than 4 minutes. There is a bus stops about 50 m from the entrance of Studios Pefkos.
There is a wonderful large communal terrace with views to the sea, a barbecue area and plenty of space in the big garden. The area is very cool and you will enjoy the views.

The complex has 16 studios that can host 2-3 guests (Building A & B) and 2 apartments that can host 4 to 6 guests (apartments building).
Except from your balvonies there is a communal large veranda with tables and chairs and lovely views to the sea across the valley and the opposite hills of Mountain Palouki.
Few steps below and next to the veranda, there is a communal barbecue area with dining tables, chairs and built in seating. Here, the late afternoon heat is tempered by the natural shade and sea breezes through the valley.
There is private parking area for your rental car or bike, or alternatively, we are on the main bus route which services all of the island's beaches and towns.
Also opposite the complex there is a communal pool with pool side bar and in addition, 50 meters away, there is a hotel with large swimming pool / bar, restaurant and mini market.
Cleaning: Daily cleaning/change of sheets 3 times the week.
