As you drive from the main town of Skopelos to the nearest beach, Stafylos beach, you find our place, 3 km away from the main town and just 1 km before you reach Stafylos beach.
Our land, an area of 10 sq.m is full of olive trees and other kind of trees that create a beautiful place full of calmness and relaxation.
At a distance of 40 meters away from the main road, there is our traditional house ROIO with a wooden attic.
Roio House has one large living room + fireplace, a kitchen, bathroom and can sleep to guests at the attic (also if is needed 2 more guests can sleep at the living room at the couch-bed or one murphy bed)).
In our land, there is plenty of space not only for the children to play, but also for the parking of your cars under the trees' shadow.
A gas station is only 1 km away from our field, while a super market, a restaurant and the bus station are very near.
