MONASTERY OF AGIOS EFSTATHIOS
Agios Efstathios Monastery: The monastery of Agios Efstatios is located northwest of the town of Skopelos, in Karia and has excellent views of the northern coast and Sentoukia.
The church is a single-aisled basilica with a dome.
The temple dates back to the early 18th c. and bears floral decoration and old icons.
No monks live in the monastery.

It was built around 1600 and was probably renovated in 1696 by the nun Geraki
