This is a 2 bedroom villa, built on a green hill that offers great views. It accommodates 2-4 people, has a swimming pool and is located close to the beach.
It is built in one of the most privileged locations of the island, with amazing orientation, just over 2 beautiful wild beaches, and close to the villages of New and Old Klima and Glossa. In the settlements you will find shops, cafes and bars, taverns.
The villa is built with local traditional materials, with stone floors and is bright and airy. It has a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double and the other with a twin bed and there is also a sofa bed in the living room. It has 3 bathrooms.
The top floor is designed as a large and spacious living room, with dining area and kitchen with high beams on the ceiling and opens to the upper terrace which is shaded and has comfortable chairs and dining table. There is also satellite TV for guests and an easy-to-use toilet on this level.
