Our Guesthouse is built in an estate of 12 acres and ends at the edge of the estate , in a beautiful and quiet beach (with the place-name beach Karkatzouna ) .
The location of KTIMA STAMATIOU is magnificent , lush greenery , with breathtaking views of the sea and fantastic orientation to the west.
All studios and apartments have a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea .
