The villa is located in the village, Neo Klima Skopelos ( New Klima, Elios ).
Neo Klima is one of the most beautiful villages of the island where the green of the pine trees meets the blue of the sea. It is a seaside village with many shops and restaurants (also ideal for those who want to avoid traveling by car).
It is 15' by car from the port of Glossa and 30' from the town of Skopelos.
The villa is located 400 meters from the beach, has a private pool and a view of the green mountain of Delphi.
The building has two floors.
The lower floor has a large kitchen (fully equipped), dining room, living room (with sofa that becomes a double bed), smart TV and bathroom with shower. It also has a bedroom with a double bed and its own WC. Access to the pool courtyard is from the lower floor.
The upper floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom with a shower.
It also has a second large bedroom with a super double bed, it also has a sofa that becomes a double bed, a mini bar, a large smart TV, as well as its own large bathroom with two sinks for extra comfort and a bathtub.
The two rooms on the upper floor have balcony doors that open onto a large terrace with a view of the wonderful green mountain and the swimming pool.
All beds have comfortable anatomical mattresses as well as anatomical mattresses for extra comfort (suitable for people with musculoskeletal problems).
The sofas also have normal anatomical mattresses!
