Gerta Dream House is an ideal holiday home for 2-3 people. It is a two-storey traditional house, completely renovated in the heart of the settlement.
It is located in the parish of Panagia Papameletiou, in Skopelos Chora, in the area above the restaurants Rodi and Alexander, close to anything you may need and about 10 minutes walk from the new port of Skopelos and less from the old one.
Built with the traditional architecture of the place, with beautiful views and all modern comforts, it will be your dream home on the island!
On the ground floor
The living room with energy fireplace and large TV, here is a sofa bed, while we find the fully equipped kitchen of the house one level above. There is air conditioning.
On the first floor
Wooden staircase leads us to the first floor where we meet the bedroom with the double bed.
In front of large windows and exit to the small balcony with scenic views.
The bedroom also has air conditioning and TV, while the bathroom is accessible from this room. The house has comfortable closets.
As Skopelos Chora is a traditional settlement, access to the house is through the picturesque streets and neighborhoods of the island, there are many alternative routes to choose from and we will inform you about the easiest and shortest routes when you arrive.
We will be at your disposal for anything you need, so you can spend a carefree vacation.
Our neighborhood, near Panagia Papameletiou is very quiet and traditional. You will have easy access to the island attractions, restaurants, cafes .
Taxi and bus station are in the new port of Skopelos 5-10 minutes walk. If you have a car we suggest you park on the ring road which is about 300-350m or in the new port parking or at the end of the old port which are within walking distance from the house while a motorbike gets closer to the house.
