Throughout the entire indoor and outdoor space of the house, as it is very welcoming to our guests.
The house built in our land facing the Aegean sea and north side of our island, is located at the end of a small private road, is combining traditional materials and modern comforts. The accommodation opens onto a huge terrace overlooking the pretty sea, without any neighbouring house disturbing the setting.
The house has a modern bathroom, a fully equipped indoor kitchen and also an outdoor cooking/barbecue facility.
The location surrounding Villa Pounta family is ideal for relaxation, near 4 beaches of Perivoliou, Aggeletou , Pethamenis, Chondroyiorgis and the area is very near to Spilia and Agios Ioannis Chapel.
