The modern Villa Gallis Skopelos is in a great location, on the slope of a green hill, in the Kampos area south of Skopelos Chora.
It is surrounded by olive groves and is built high above the coastal plain. An uphill road leads us through the olive groves to the hill where our house is built. Our villa has a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding green area.
This is a wonderful villa (arranged on 4 levels), beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all modern comforts.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Beautifully furnished, Gallis Villa Skopelos has a colorful interior with tiled floors, a raised living room, a kitchen with everything you need (electric stove-oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, toaster, toaster, coffee mixer).
On the ground floor on two levels are the 3 bright and airy bedrooms with their own private terrace, all with direct access to the pool, one with en-suite bathroom with shower, one large bathroom with bathtub, WC, washing machine and a third, smaller WC.
On the next two levels we meet the kitchen and on the next level the large living room and dining room, also all with exit to terraces. In the kitchen there is a wc while there is an outdoor table with beautiful views of the pool.
The villa has air conditioning in all areas, large terraces with wonderful views of the sea and Skopelos Chora, private pool overlooking the sea and the countryside, patio with BBQ, and private parking.
It has a large swimming pool (dimensions 6.50x3.50m and depth 1.10-180m), barbecue and large private parking space.
