Villa Perivoliou is a bright and airy modern country house, built with all the traditional Skopelos Characteristics. One of its most important advantages is the location and the spot that is built on a beautiful green hill, a peaceful area with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and just a few minutes' walk from the beaches that many consider to be the most beautiful of the island.
The picturesque village of Glossa is only a 10-minute drive away and can be reached by two very beautiful routes. Glossa and Loutraki, the port of Glossa, have shops, picturesque taverns, restaurants and cafes.
Villa Perivoliou can accommodate from two to six people and has three bedrooms located on two floors.
Downstairs is the open plan kitchen, dining room and living room where large patio doors lead to the stone terrace surrounding the pool and gardens (the farm also has a vegetable garden) but also to the barbecue area. At the same level there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a further twin bedroom. Both bedrooms with balconies and also a large terrace accessible from both with magnificent views. On the upper floor is the second bathroom.
