Villa Aigaio ( Villa Aegean ) Private pool overlooking the sea in a very quiet location, with a wonderful orientation. Skopelos Language.
The villa is located in a rural area just outside the village, from which it is about 2 km. It is built on our green property with a wonderful view to the sea.
Outside there is a very large paved terrace with swimming pool and barbecue area.
The pool area and terrace has an iron railing all around.
The Villa is newly built and has been finished to a high standard with spacious, light and airy rooms.
It has 2 spacious bedrooms, a spacious living room and dining room.
The two bedrooms have a private bathroom with a shower (one also has a bathtub).
One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and the other has two single beds which are generously sized and both rooms have access to the large balcony terrace.
On the ground floor there is a large single living room, kitchen, dining room with another toilet.
The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
The lounges comfortable sofa and chair face the French windows leading to the pool terrace.

We will give you the best suggestions for driving in Glossa (1.5 km from Glossa by road that you can park and walk to the village and 4 km from the road that is a wider road)
