Villa Green and Blue is located in a wonderful location that offers a unique view, above the road that leads to Agios Ioannis Kastri.
Access leads up to the house and the large car park.
The villa has many terraces with stunning panoramic views.
Inside there is a large living room and dining room with large kitchen while there is also an outdoor dining area.
Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, which have access to a large balcony. In the corridor we find the first bathroom of the house.
The upper floor was designed as a master suite with bathroom in the bedroom and living room with large terraces on both sides.
This second living room can also be used as a 4th bedroom.
The house is surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees with several palm trees reflected in the pool water.
There are umbrellas, sunbeds, tables and chairs on the large terraces where you can enjoy carefree moments and choose whether you want to be in the sun or in the shade depending on the time.
Although located one kilometer from the nearest house, our villa is actually located just 1.7 kilometers from the settlement of Glossa, with its shops and taverns and about 4 km from the nearest beach.
