Villa Lyra is a newly built building of 120 sqm., with 3 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 3 bathrooms and 1 W.C. which can accommodate 6-8 guests.
It includes a room with a built-in bed 180 cm wide and two rooms with beds 160 cm wide. Each room has its own bathroom, which is equipped with a hair dryer and a set of high-quality body and hair products from the Greek company Zealots. You can enjoy your sleep and rest on the top-quality mattresses of the well-known, award-winning company Coco-Mat. The villa is also equipped with Smart TVs in all rooms and the lounge, where you can sign in to your personal Netflix account.
The luxurious furniture and the careful selection of fabrics in curtains and sofas highlight the feeling of grandeur combined with comfort and relaxation.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, microwave, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, toaster, kettle and full set of crockery and glasses. In addition, the villa has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, first aid kit, smoke detector, fire extinguishers, safe and surveillance camera on the public road at the entrance, providing maximum security and comfort.
Finally, all rooms have air conditioning, while access to wireless network (Wi-fi) and the state-of-the-art wireless sound system SONOS are provided.
The villa has its own entrance and parking, while the comfortable outdoor area is complemented by the impressive private pool, two beautiful living areas covered with a pergola and a built-in barbecue.
Stargaze Villas is a complex of three autonomous private villas, 120, 100 & 70 square meters, with traditional architecture, contemporary amenities and private pools. The buildings are built in a private space of 10 acres.
Its unique position provides infinite sea view from both north and south side of the island. It is located only 4 kilometers out of Skopelos town, in a quiet area.
When the sun sets, one can actually discover the beauty of a clear summer night, with its silvery moon, stars and even the milky way.
As a result, the three villas took their name from known Constellations, Lyra, Orion and Phoenix.

Stargaze Villas complex is located near Skopelos town (4km) and is accessible by car. The nearest beach happens to be one of the most beautiful of the island, Limnonari, and it is only 10’ by car. You can reach beloved Panormos in 12’, stunning Milia in 16’ and famous Kastani in 17’. Furthermore, popular Stafilos beach is only 9km far. Last but not least, Mamma Mia’s wedding church, Agios Ioannis (Kastri) is 35’ by car.

In short-term accommodation, the accommodation is provided with cleaning items and clean bedding depending on the days of the apartment being provided for use by the guest visitor-temporary tenant while other type leases are cleaned every 3 days or once week or upon request.

Villa Lyra combines natural building materials in harmony, drawing elements from the popular traditional architecture of Skopelos. The guest observes the local stone, the chestnut wood and the delicately worked iron as a continuation of the environment. The white marble in combination with the Pelion plate of Byzantine type, emphasizes the sense of luxury. The same logic is followed inside the buildings, where the natural coatings (Kourasani) are harmoniously combined with the visible points of the traditional wooden roof. The choice of off-white and soft colors create the right conditions for calm and relaxation.
