The “Vainas Belvedere Villa” is located on a 6.5 acres plot on the verdant hill that embraces Chora Skopelos. Its location, in addition to the magnificent view, is characterized by the natural beauty and tranquility of the landscape.
The distance that separates it from the port of Chora Skopelos is 2.5 km. It is built in harmony with the traditional architecture of Skopelos and has recently been completely renovated. It occupies a total of 96 m², the 50 m² on the ground floor and the 46 m² on the 1st floor. The villa can accommodate up to 4 guests and an infant in a baby cot.
The ground floor has:
•A living room with a comfortable sofa and a fireplace
•A dining room with a traditional fireplace (build of our grandfather)
•A kitchen, fully equipped (including microwave oven)
•There is also an external WC which, also, has a washing machine
The 1st Floor has:
•Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds and a fireplace. Each bedroom has its own entrance (there is no intercommunication between them)
•Two bathrooms (one for each bedroom). Bath amenities. Hair dryer
•Furnished terraces with amazing views of the sea and Chora Skopelos
Note: There is no internal staircase connecting the 2 floors. There is only an external one.
