We are a small resort located in Skopelos town (700m from the main port of Skopelos). Our premises are situated on a gentle slope of a 300-meter hillside and occupy a 7000m2 of Olive Grove land.

Our three, main accommodation buildings are located at the lower part of our premises. The tennis court and swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds are towards the back, set amidst our gracious Olive trees and away from it all for the exclusive use of our clients.

The main entrance is literally a stone's throw from the water's edge.

It is a combination of studios, apartments and rooms.

Our stunning view across the harbour entrance and the Aegean Sea beyond will relax and rejuvenate you. The pine-covered slopes of mount ‘Palouki’ tower over our premises, creating the perfect combination of Green on Blue.

Del & Sol Apartments

Two brand new apartments have been lovingly constructed at the very top of Del Sol complex.

These two new units are nestled on top of our rich Olive grove and gardens and just a few steps above Del Sol’s swimming pool.

The 4 types of the Apartments :

1) Two separate bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and private garden, with view of the olive grove and the mountain. Can accommodate 5 persons.

2) One separate bedroom , living room with 2 sofa beds, kitchen , bathroom and veranda with sea view. Can accommodate 5 persons .

3) One large separate bedroom with a terrace which has stunning view of the sea, a living room with one sofa bed and kitchen in the same area , a mezzanine which can accommodate 2 persons, plus another veranda with sea view and a separate bathroom with shower.

4) The two new apartments above the pool area. Each apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The main entrance of the apartments leads to the comfortable kitchen and dining area. Here, you can prepare light meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The custom-made, wooden beds have been carefully designed to accommodate all your sleeping needs. They can be easily pulled together as a double or separated into two single beds.The en-suite bathrooms has glass-separated shower cabin with a wall-mounted and handheld shower as well as a top, rainfall showerhead. Depending on the number of guests, this room can be used either as an extra living room area or the 2 nd bedroom. The same custom-made bed frames can act as a corner couch, 2 singles or one double bed.There is an additional, en-suite bathroom with the same features here. They have spacious and sheltered outdoor area with a set of table and chairs BBQ and private area expands onto 2 levels and leads to a common area just above the swimming pool.

Studios :

These are twin bedded or with double bed , with 1-2 sofa beds for a third or a fourth person .

The kitchenette area is in the same room and a separate bathroom. All but one have balconies with a sea view. One studio has a view of the garden and the mountain at the rear.

Rooms :

These consist of one bedroom with twin bedded or with double bed, bathroom and balcony facing the seafront.
