Just 800 meters from Skopelos Chora and the port. Access is easy both by car and on foot as the route along the coastal road is very pleasant. Very close to the liveliness of the island but far from the noise , in a quiet environment we promise you a unique summer vacation.
MARANI I & MARANI II POOL VILLAS for 4-6 persons
Two identical three-story houses, one next to the other, completely independent with their own entrance and yard, accommodating up to 6 people.
The first floor has a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room.
The second floor has a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, living room and balconies to the front and back.
The third floor is a loft in the roof that has two single beds and a wc.
The floors communicate internally with wooden stairs.
The view from the balconies is mesmerizing as the land of Skopelos, the port and the sea stretches out in front.
Each villa offers complete privacy, with its own private pool, courtyard, garden furniture and barbecue.
MARANI HOUSE 2-4 persons
Marani House is a two-story house that accommodates up to 4 people. The house features a private jacuzzi.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, with one double bed and two single beds respectively, as well as a wc.
The balconies have incredible views of Skopelos and the sea.
There is also a large yard around the house with garden furniture and barbecue. The house has internet.
