Ktima Kechriotis is a complex of apartments , consisting of two buildings , constructed with materials friendly to the environment (stone, wood , etc. ) .
The first building has two floors , with an apartment on each floor each one suitable for 2-4 guests .
From the main entrance you enter the kitchen area which is equipped with an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven , electric fridge .
The 2 bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the kitchen and have one double bed and one twin , each a private bathroom with shower , TV , air conditioning, thus ensuring perfect privacy to their users.
This arrangement is good to host either a couple with two children or two couples holidaying together.
It also has a covered terrace with the necessary furniture for relaxation and cool at all times .
The second building is a ground floor apartment with a capacity for 2-4 guests and consists of two bedrooms (one with double bed and one twin) , bathroom with shower , open plan kitchen and living room .
The kitchen is so organized as to be able to prepare all daily meals ( an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven , electric fridge , crockery ) while in the living room there is a TV with corner seating that can accommodate another person .
On the terrace from where the entrance of the apartment there is a large wooden table with seats , an outdoor dining area.
Within the perimeter of the property and premises there is sufficient open space to serve the guests of the acommodations with shaded parking , and space for outdoor grilling ( barbecue ) grill or spit , traditional oven and outdoor seating .
